About Us

MEET ANDREW M. KIM, D.M.D.

Dr. Kim received his B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina, and his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed his general practice residency at Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and his specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the prestigious Sherril Ann Siegel Award for excellence in Endodontics. Since the completion of his training, Dr. Kim has been in private practice, specializing in endodontics (treatment of the nerve and roots of the tooth) here at Highpoint Dental Medicine. He also co-founded and practices at Newtown Endodontics, LLC with Dr. Michael Marmo. Dr. Kim is an active member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists. He has also served as an instructor at the Microscope Training Center at the University of Pennsylvania, where he taught many dentists the uses of microsurgical techniques. Dr. Kim remains active in academics as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and a frequent lecturer at various meetings. He is married with three daughters, and enjoys playing golf.
