FINANCIAL OPTIONS

All Highpoint Dental Medicine fees are based on providing you with the finest care, skill and time required for the appropriate treatment. We believe open communication is important and will discuss your care and associated fees in detail with you before beginning any treatment.

For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits, however you are fully responsible for all fees associated with your treatment regardless of your insurance coverage.

When you have a balance due on your account, we will send you a monthly statement. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance company has paid is your responsibility, and prompt remittance is appreciated.

Discounts and Financing Plans
Highpoint Dental Medicine offers a 5% discount if you pre-pay by cash or check for any treatment plan that exceeds $2000.00. We can also help you arrange for financing of more complex plans through CareCredit or Citi Health.  Please ask any of our front desk staff for additional information.
